BFPA, The British Fluid Power Association represents the interests of over 240 companies in the Hydraulic and Pneumatic sector. In the years since its formulation in 1959, the BFPA has grown from a small group of mutually-supportive companies to a major Trade Association undertaking business on a truly international scale.
The Association provides full support services for its members with an emphasis on Education and Training, International Standards Development work, Market Statistics and support at both UK and International Exhibitions. The BFPA plays an influential role within the world of fluid power standards owing to its position as an external secretariat on behalf of the BSI, the UK’s National Standards Body (NSB).

AKDER is established in 1994. As of today, has 81 memberships. AKDER consists of members who manufacture Hydraulic and Pneumatic products in Turkey, distribute on over certain commercial levels and perform projects.
Mainly, AKDER represents all members in Turkey and around the world, exercise in order all members to comply with the rules of business ethics. In the line with CETOP’s recommendations, has provided a training center called UAGEM in Istanbul in order to give Hydraulic and Pneumatic education and training.
Cooperates very closely with Turkish Standard Institute, involved in the evaluation of international standards by establishing Mirror Committee. Informs members on the sectoral issues through its website which is set up in Turkish and English.

Swissmem unites around 1400 companies active in the mechanical and electrical engineering and metal industries (MEM Industries) and represents the business, social and training policy interests of its member companies. This sector is also called Tech Industry and plays a key role in the Swiss economy. They are by far the largest industrial employer.
The division Swiss Fluid Power Industry regards itself as the interest group for Switzerland’s manufacturers in the hydraulic and pneumatic industry. TGS works with market statistics, market trends and economic barometers. Furthermore, we negotiate with, among others, exhibition organisers and carry out training/provide information in the industry through interesting speakers and study visits.

SFMA – the Swedish Fluid Motion Association is the new association that was established in 2019 through the merging of HPF (Swedish Association for Hydraulics and Pneumatics) – established 1962, and IFS (Fluid System Engineering Association) – established 1972, and currently comprises some 60 members.
With joint forces the aim of the new association is to become stronger in promoting the industry and quality, safety and reliability when using hydraulics and pneumatics. SFMA actively supports standardisation in Sweden and works for increased information and education of users and suppliers in this field. SFMA is also the certifying body for hydraulics engineers in Sweden – a quality and professional benchmark for the automation industry.

AIFTOP is the Iberian Association of Manufacturing and Trading Companies in Fluid Power Transmissions and Components. It is born in 2006 as a union between Spain (AEFTOP) and Portugal enterprises. AEFTOP was founded in 1966 with the aim of representing all the brands relating to the fluid power sector (Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technologies).

The Polish Corporation of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Drives and Controls was founded in 1994 as an organization of economic authority, independent of the Polish Government. The Norwegian Association of Electric and Automatic Control (NFEA) is a politically independent, non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the fields of electrical engineering and automation. Established on January 1, 2018, through the merger of the Norwegian Association for Automation (NFA) and the Industrial Association for Electrical Engineering and Automation (Ifea), NFEA comprises approximately 270 member companies and 15 educational and research institutions.

ARTEMA is the French Mechatronics Industries Association.
